These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jos13 platform. By accessing or using any part of the jos13 website, sportsbook, casino, or related services, you agree to be bound by the provisions set out below. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited. Access by minors is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Each player may hold only one active jos13 account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited. Account sharing, joint accounts, and third-party play are all prohibited under these Terms.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of offer. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until the applicable rollover condition has been met. Abuse of promotions will result in bonus cancellation and possible account restriction.
jos13 processes all transactions in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via local bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must originate from accounts held in your own name.
Fraud, money laundering, arbitrage betting, use of automated bots or software, collusion, and any form of cheating are strictly prohibited. Jos13 reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where prohibited conduct is detected.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
Use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any service on the Platform. Jos13 applies a strict 21+ policy in line with the age at which Indonesian law recognizes full adult contractual capacity. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. Jos13 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
Important: Any winnings accrued in an Account that is found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be forfeited in full. Deposits made by underage players will be refunded to the original payment source after deducting any applicable processing fees.
The Platform is primarily intended for players who are resident in Indonesia and who access the Platform from within Indonesia. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Jos13 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in any specific location outside Indonesia.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. You must not be subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or legal restriction that prevents you from entering into contracts or engaging in financial transactions.
You must not be self-excluded from the Platform or from any other gambling platform operated by jos13 International at the time of registration. Registering a new Account to circumvent a self-exclusion is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balance held therein.
To access the full range of services on the Platform — including placing bets, playing casino games, and processing deposits and withdrawals — you must register a personal Account. Registration requires the submission of accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. You may complete registration via the jos13 Login page.
All information provided during registration must be truthful, complete, and current. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Jos13 reserves the right to close any Account and forfeit its Balance where registration information is found to be inaccurate.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active Account. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, or using the same device, IP address, or payment method as an existing Account — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, jos13 will close all Accounts except the first registered, and any Bonus Balance held across duplicate Accounts will be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party, and you must notify jos13 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account. Jos13 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
All Accounts on the Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion will occur on deposits or withdrawals. If you attempt to deposit from a payment instrument denominated in a currency other than IDR, your payment provider will apply its own conversion rates, and jos13 bears no responsibility for the outcome of such conversions.
Jos13 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following approved IDR payment channels:
Payment methods available to your Account may vary depending on your account standing, verification status, and current platform availability. Jos13 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument held in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account belongs to a person other than the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the deposit will be reversed and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Minimum deposit amounts and processing times may vary by payment method. Current limits and processing times are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. All deposits are processed in WIB (UTC+7).
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account held in the same name as the registered jos13 Account. Before your first withdrawal, your Account must have completed the KYC verification process as described in Section 8. Jos13 targets a withdrawal processing time of 5 to 15 minutes for verified Accounts under normal operating conditions, though processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.
Only your Real Money Balance may be withdrawn. Bonus Balance is not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full. Where a withdrawal request is submitted while a Bonus Balance is active, jos13 may require you to either complete the Wagering Requirement or forfeit the outstanding Bonus Balance before processing the withdrawal.
Jos13 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All transactions on the Platform are monitored. Jos13 reserves the right to delay, freeze, or reverse any transaction that raises a concern under applicable anti-money laundering standards, and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation before large withdrawals are processed.
Jos13 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. Each individual bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms prevail with respect to the subject matter of that promotion only.
All bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement unless expressly stated otherwise. The applicable multiplier and eligible game contribution rates will be stated in the individual promotion terms. As a general guideline, slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Sports bets may be excluded from certain bonus wagering calculations.
Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated validity period, and Bonus Balances where the Wagering Requirement has not been completed within the stated completion window, will expire automatically and be removed from the Account without compensation.
Jos13 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, wagering patterns designed solely to meet rollover requirements with minimal risk (so-called "low-risk hedging"), and exploitation of technical errors in promotional mechanics. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, jos13 reserves the right to cancel the bonus, reverse any winnings derived from the abused bonus, restrict Account features, or permanently close the Account.
Jos13 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, including reducing the value of an ongoing promotion or altering its terms, provided that changes do not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account.
All sports bets placed on the jos13 sportsbook are subject to the applicable sport-specific and market-specific rules displayed within the sportsbook section of the Platform. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Jos13 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a manifest error in odds occurred, where the outcome of the event was known prior to bet placement, or where the integrity of the event is under investigation by a relevant sporting authority.
Live (in-play) bets are subject to additional conditions. In-play odds are updated in real time, and there may be a brief delay between the occurrence of a live event and the suspension of the relevant market. Jos13 does not guarantee that all in-play markets will remain open throughout an event. Bets placed after the relevant in-play event has occurred — whether due to a technical delay in market suspension or any other reason — are void.
All casino games, including live dealer tables and slots, are governed by the rules of the individual game as displayed within the game interface. Random number generation for non-live games is certified as fair by independent third-party auditors. Live dealer games are operated in accordance with the rules of the studio provider (including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live). In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products on the Platform. These limits are displayed within each product interface and may be adjusted by jos13 at any time. Jos13 also reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits where warranted by a player's wagering pattern or account history.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:
Jos13 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in any investigation relating to fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity connected to the Platform. Information may be disclosed to relevant authorities without prior notice to the Account holder.
Jos13 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
KYC documents should be submitted via the Account verification section or directly to the jos13 support team. Jos13 will endeavor to review submitted documents within 24 to 48 hours during normal operating periods. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is complete. Jos13 reserves the right to request additional documentation where submitted materials are unclear, expired, or insufficient.
If an Account holder fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after being requested to do so, jos13 reserves the right to suspend Account access, restrict deposits, and ultimately close the Account, returning the Real Money Balance to the original deposit source after deducting any applicable fees.
Jos13 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.
Personal data collected during registration and the KYC process is used exclusively for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. Jos13 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, verification service providers, and regulatory authorities where required.
You have the right to request access to the personal data jos13 holds about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to any legal retention obligations. Such requests should be directed to [email protected] (plain text — not a link).
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jos13 International excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
Where jos13's liability cannot be excluded by law, our aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits jos13's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, to the extent that such limitation would be unlawful.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting jos13 support. Upon closure, any outstanding Real Money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method after completion of any pending wagering obligations. Bonus Balance is forfeited upon Account closure unless otherwise stated in individual promotion terms.
Jos13 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon Account closure or termination, your right to access the Platform and its services ceases immediately. Jos13 will process the return of any verified Real Money Balance in accordance with its standard withdrawal procedures, subject to the resolution of any outstanding investigation, chargeback, or dispute.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jos13 International is incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless the parties agree in writing to resolve the matter through binding arbitration.
Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may be entitled to under Indonesian law or the laws of your country of residence. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Jos13 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform no less than 7 days prior to the amendment taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required to address a security threat, legal obligation, or regulatory requirement.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect. Jos13 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
